Your date is not officially secured until the retainer has been received, a contract has been signed, and the booking agreement has been accepted.Because your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations must be made in writing.For bridal bookings, cancellations made 30 days or more before the service date will forfeit the 30% non-refundable retainer, with no additional balance due.Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date are considered a late cancellation, and the remaining balance becomes due in accordance with the terms of the booking agreement.For event and special occasion bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service date will forfeit the 30% non-refundable retainer, with no additional balance due. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the remaining balance.Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Makeup By Estrella.
